1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wave. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Wave, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing sexually explicit, pornographic, or nude content
• Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Hate speech, discrimination, or promoting violence against any group
• Sharing content that promotes illegal activities
• Impersonating other individuals or entities
• Soliciting money from other users
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Collecting personal information of other users without consent
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers

4. Video Chat Rules

When using Wave's video chat feature, you must:

• Be fully clothed and appropriately dressed at all times
• Not display sexually suggestive content or nudity
• Not show violence, weapons, or dangerous activities
• Not smoke, vape, or display drug paraphernalia
• Not consume alcohol or appear intoxicated
• Be in a well-lit environment so your face is clearly visible

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on Wave. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

5.2 Our Content

All content provided by Wave, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wave or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Wave offers virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased or earned. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value outside the app
• All purchases are final and non-refundable (except where required by law)
• Virtual currency cannot be transferred between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual currency at any time
• Upon account deletion, unused coins are forfeited

7. Advertising

Wave displays advertisements from third-party advertisers. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any products or services they promote. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• Your account and associated data may be deleted
• Any unused virtual currency is forfeited

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wave is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wave and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wave operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
