By accessing or using Wave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wave. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Wave, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on Wave. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

5.2 Our Content

All content provided by Wave, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wave or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Wave may offer virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased or earned. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Virtual currency cannot be transferred between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual currency at any time

7. Advertising

Wave displays advertisements from third-party advertisers. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any products or services they promote.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wave is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wave and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wave operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
